Cradley Town's Beeches View Avenue ground is not the easiest to find, situated in the middle of a housing estate, it is however well worth a visit. It boasts three stands; pictured right is the simple scaffold constructed stand behind the near goal. This stand and the left hand hard standing area of the ground are below pitch level giving a somewhat restricted view of the match action. However, behind the far goal (pictured above) there is an impressively large stand with seats. The locals don't seem to make use of the stand preferring to stand down the right hand side of the ground where the dugouts and officials stand is situated. The officials’ stand consists of a single row of seats with a tunnelled walkway behind.

Cradley Town have struggled in the Midland Alliance this season being bottom for the majority of the campaign. A recent change of manager and a virtually new team has improved things on the pitch, however Cradley remian routed to the foot of the table and with the Midland Alliance insisting there with definately be two clubs relegated this season Town are still a long way off safety. Cradley have escaped relegation from the Alliance four times in the past few years but this season it will take a massive effort on the pitch for the 'Hammers' to pull clear of the bottom two and avoid a return to the West Midlands (Regional) League.

Cradley Town produce a quality matchday programme costing £1.00. (Pictured bottom left) Not the biggest or most spectacular programme in the league but it's full of up to date information, match stats and phtos from recent games. One unusual feature in the programme is the 'Officials Profiles' page, a feature on the match officials with half a page of information on the referee and linesmen.
Cradley Town were formed in 1948 and have been members of the Midland Alliance since promotion from the West Midlands League in 1999. The highest they have finished in the Alliance is 12th.
