Leek Add Youngters to Squad (February 20, 2008)

UniBond League Premier Division club Leek Town have boosted their squad by taking three youngsters on `work experience` and another is on the way.

Assistant-manager Paul Ogden and secretary Brian Wain completed the deals with Stoke City Academy manager George Foster and coach Adrian Pennock on Monday after director of football John Rudge recommended them.

Joining immediately are defenders Jack Watson and Kenny Keys and striker Dean McCormick, whilst central defender Andrew Owens is expected to link up with his Stoke team-mates on Wednesday.

The four youngsters, who all have the experience of reserve team football under their belts, will remain at Harrison Park for the remainder of the season.
