James Le Masurier has resigned as player-manager of United Counties League club Rushden & Higham United. 

Le Masurier`s former assistant, former Fulham and Sheffield Wednesday player Simon Stewart has been put in caretaker charge while applicants for the vacancy are asked to contact the club.
